Return Policy
Okay, mistakes do happen occasionally; we are not flawless. Products are damaged, deliveries are missed, and customers make errors. However, we greatly appreciate the personalised approach. We could have a really fancy returns form here. Send a customer support email, and everything will be resolved.
Send an email with your order number and the details of your request to customerservices@eurolanditstore.co.uk.
We ask that you get in touch with us via email so that everything is documented, and we have a ticketing system set up to make sure your issue is resolved quickly and effectively. The majority of inquiries are answered within 30 minutes during business hours.
If you have altered your mind (the cooling-off period)
For Consumers
Please email customerservices@eurolanditstore.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of why you want to return any items you’ve ordered from us but no longer need. Within 14 days after receiving the products, this must be done. Please take note that we do not accept returns on used goods, any electronic products that may or may not contain data and software, or products that contain audio or video recordings, some apparel items, or any bespoke goods or goods ordered especially for your order. You’ll receive a returns number. Without a proper returns number, returned items won’t be accepted. Goods must be returned within 24 days at your expense and responsibility. As soon as practically possible, but no later than 30 days following the cancellation of your order, you will get a refund using the original payment method.
We are aware that mistakes can be made when ordering products, but the CCR states that we may charge for any diminished value. Even though the rules are very vague, we use the following guidelines because we think they are fair.

Note: This only applies to consumer returns that are rejected or within the cooling-off period.
For Business
Please email customerservices@eurolanditstore.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of why you want to return any things you’ve ordered from us but no longer need. When the products are received, this must be done within two days. Please take note that we do not accept returns on used things, certain electronic products that may or may not contain data and software, products that contain audio or video recordings, some clothing items, or any bespoke items that were made only for your order. The goods must be returned at your expense and obligation within five days of receipt if we decide to provide a returns number.
You will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the delivery charges, for unopened goods and up to 100% for opened goods.
Product Dead on Arrival
Please email customerservices@eurolanditstore.co.uk with your order number if any of your goods are defective upon delivery. We will make arrangements to replace, repair, or refund your purchase at our expense. Within 7 days of receiving the items, please inform us. Note: In some cases, you might be prompted to contact the technical support of the manufacturers to confirm the error.
During the warranty term, faulty products
After the initial seven days, you will be deemed to have accepted the products if they develop defects. Send an email with your order number to customerservices@eurolanditstore.co.uk, and they will either make arrangements to replace, fix, or refund your order. The quickest and most practical approach to get your product fixed is frequently to get in touch with the manufacturer directly, thus we might advise you to do so.
Damaged on Arrival
If upon delivery, your items show obvious signs of damage. Please don’t take the items. Please mark the courier’s receipt as received damaged if you decide to accept the products. Within 48 hours after delivery, you must notify us if any items are damaged. Please send an email with your order number to customerservices@eurolanditstore.co.uk.
Usual Order Error
Send an email with your order number to customerservices@eurolanditstore.co.uk if you believe we made a mistake with your order. In a timely manner, they will try to fix the issue.
Cancelling an Order
Send an email to customerservices@eurolanditstore.co.uk with your order number to seek cancellation.
Goods return in their returnable packaging
Unless otherwise instructed, kindly return the complete product’s contents, including any manufacturer-supplied boxes, cables, manuals, etc. Avoid writing on the manufacturer’s packing by wrapping the items in an outside container.
